Lauren Madsen, LCMHCA Therapist

Lauren is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate with a Master of Science in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Lauren completed her clinical internship at New Leaf Behavioral Health and has since rejoined our practice as a therapist. Lauren creates a non-judgmental and safe space for clients to process their emotions and build skills to help them move toward their therapeutic goals. She is passionate about helping clients find hope, healing, and peace to maximize their quality of life. Lauren’s therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, while also integrating other therapeutic approaches to meet each client’s individualized needs.
