Rachel is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate.  her personal approach to counseling is eclectic.  She finds that each individual client has specific and unique needs, therefore the approach she uses also needs to be unique to the individual.  She utilizes a variety of evidenced based interventions, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Existentialism. Rachel believes that by using aspects from different theoretical approaches, she is able to create a unique course of therapy to assist each of her clients in reaching their goals.
