Lauren Finn, LCMHCA Therapist

Lauren is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate who earned her master’s degree from the University of the Southwest in 2025. She completed her clinical internship at New Leaf and works with clients across the lifespan, supporting children, teens, and adults in navigating life’s challenges with confidence and clarity.

With a background in education, Lauren brings warmth, curiosity, and a natural ability to connect. She is passionate about creating a space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and valued. Her approach blends evidence-based practices with authentic human connection. She primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while thoughtfully integrating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, behavioral strategies, and a strengths-based perspective.

Lauren views therapy as a collaborative journey grounded in trust, respect, and compassion. She believes meaningful growth happens through increased self-awareness, practical skill-building, and cultivating self-compassion. Her goal is to walk alongside each client, helping them build tools, deepen insight, and create progress that feels personal, empowering, and sustainable.
