Sydney is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate with a master’s degree from Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania – Lock Haven. She prioritizes a person-centered, multiculturally sensitive, and evidence-based therapeutic approach. This means Sydney aims to meet each client where they are in order to form a mutual trust that is founded in respect for one’s unique identity and experiences. Therapy sessions are a nonjudgmental space for you to share and explore tools that support your therapeutic goals. Sydney completed her clinical internship with New Leaf prior to graduating in 2025 and has returned as a licensed therapist. With a background in education, she has experience working with children, adolescents, as well as adults. Utilizing a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) foundation and integrative approach, Sydney works to foster understanding, growth, and develop positive coping skills.
