Misty is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate with a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from North Carolina State University. She offers services in both English and Spanish, working with individuals of all ages to explore and honor their unique experiences and needs. Her therapeutic approach is evidence-based, person-centered, multiculturally sensitive, and integrative. Misty draws from a variety of therapeutic modalities, allowing her to tailor interventions to each client’s specific circumstances and goals. Misty focuses on meeting clients where they are, prioritizing the therapeutic relationship and creating an authentic, supportive space that fosters growth and healing as she walks alongside clients on their therapeutic journey.
