Carlyn is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate with a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Georgia. She takes a collaborative, supportive, and strengths-based approach to therapy. Carlyn aims to create a safe and affirming space where clients feel empowered to pursue goals that reflect their most authentic selves. Drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), she tailors her work to the unique needs and experiences of each client. Her goal is to walk alongside clients on their healing journey, while helping them gain insight, build practical skills, and foster lasting change.
