Ashley is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCHMCA) who graduated with her Master’s in Education and Education Specialist degrees from Clemson University. As a therapist, Ashley prioritizes building a strong therapeutic relationship with her clients, ensuring that there is mutual trust and the comfortability of a safe space. She maintains an eclectic approach to treatment by utilizing different therapy modalities in order to best serve her client’s current needs. These modalities often include skills building techniques and identifying emotional patterns within modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and aspects of Play Therapy with children and families. Ashley has experience and enjoys working with multicultural client populations and diverse age groups, and views therapy as a highly collaborative process between the therapist and client.
