Nancy Harrell, LCMHCA Therapist
Nancy is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate with a master’s degree from Lenoir Rhyne University. She has experience working with children and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, and sexuality/gender issues. Nancy works together with each client to build a warm, collaborative and respectful relationship. She offers a holistic approach, tailored to meet the needs of the individual she is working with, and designed to help them live their most authentic life. Her primary theoretical focus is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) but she also pulls in elements of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness.
When she is not at work, Nancy enjoys being out in nature, drumming, traveling, doing yoga and spending time with her family.
